At Monsieur Touton, I frequently designed custom wine menus for restaurants across their 11-state distribution network — one of my favorite projects, especially when I had creative freedom. I began by researching each restaurant’s style and tailored the design to reflect its unique identity. The variety in content and atmosphere from one restaurant to the next inspired a broad range of visual approaches, helping me grow significantly as a client-focused designer.
I also managed the full production process, including printing, trimming, laminating, folding, and packaging for shipment. Being involved from start to finish gave me a strong understanding of timelines, production workflows, and the importance of delivering high-quality work on schedule.
